SNOA provides football officials for NIAA High School games, as well as local middle school and youth football leagues. SNOA Football also provides officials for CCSD middle school flag football.

High school games are assigned using the crew concept format. Individual football officials are assigned to a specific crew by the Football Board. Training meetings begin in late July. All football officials must pass a test and are required to attend a set amount of meetings to be eligible for NIAA post-season assignments.
