The SNOA Football Board wishes to formally address the procedures regarding crew transfer requests. In order to ensure fairness, consistency, and the overall integrity of assignments, the following steps must be followed before any transfer request will be considered:

1. Initial Discussion with Crew Chief
The official must first notify their current Crew Chief and engage in a discussion regarding the reasons for the requested transfer. Every effort should be made to resolve the matter at the crew level.

2. Formal Request to the Football Board
If the matter remains unresolved, the official must submit a formal transfer request to the Football Board for review. Please use the following google form.

3. Assignment Is Not Guaranteed
If the transfer is approved, there is no guarantee regarding the specific crew to which the official will be reassigned.

4. Assignment Determination
Final crew assignments will be made at the sole discretion of the Football Board, based on the current needs and best interests of SNOA.
